Since our founding in 2020, we’ve been  devoted to crafting events that not only dazzle the eye and delight the palate, but also capture the essence of each couple, client, and moment. 

Born in one of the most uncertain times in recent history, Junelle’s is a story of resilience, purpose, and passion. Founded by two lifelong creatives with roots in production, the arts, hospitality, and athletics, Junelle’s was built on a foundation of grit  and heart. From day one, we knew we wanted to do more than cater food, we wanted to create  feelings. Those feelings you get when the lighting is just right, when the music swells, when your guests are smiling with a cocktail in hand, and when the love in  the room is unmistakable. 

“I’ve always found joy in organizing shows and gatherings, even as a child. There’s something so fulfilling about easing the pressure off a client’s shoulders and watching them light up when everything comes together,” says Junelle’s creative director and event  strategist. “That blissful moment at the end, when their dream becomes reality, that’s what it’s all about.” 

Originally known for our vibrant Caribbean soul food, our journey began in NYC’s corporate catering world, serving clients like Peloton, Salesforce, Amazon, and Columbia Hospital. As our reputation grew, so did our vision. Today, we offer an expansive range  of services, from luxurious plated dinners to immersive engagement parties and full-scale weddings. We specialize in crafting events that speak to who you are. That means curating every element; menus, ambiance, décor, staffing, lighting, even scent with your unique story at the center.

“We wanted to continue serving our corporate clients with the same warmth and flavor that defined our early days, but with a more refined and intentional approach. Naming our sister branch in honor of my mother, who inspired my love for food and tradition,  felt like the most natural way to carry her legacy forward.” says Junelle’s executive chef and culinary director.  Junelle’s has become synonymous with full-service luxury event production. We now orchestrate events across the country, working with everyone  from discerning couples and tastemakers to public figures like Jonathan Van Ness of Queer Eye.

Chef Jullenne is a celebrated culinary artist, distinguished consultant, and visionary entrepreneur renowned for her daring, culture-infused cuisine and exquisitely crafted gourmet experiences that merge sophisticated elegance with a distinctive edge and impeccable  style. Her expertise and influence have been spotlighted on The History Channel and BBC News, where she has been praised for her masterful ability to honor culinary heritage while elevating it with a signature touch of contemporary gourmet elegance.

A third-generation female chef, Jullenne draws inspiration from a deep family legacy while forging her own path as a modern culinary innovator. A pioneering force within Brooklyn’s elite food scene, she has artfully curated and led an impressive portfolio of  upscale culinary establishments from vibrant cafés and sophisticated tapas restaurants to artisanal butcher shops and thoughtfully curated organic markets. Each venture embodies her unwavering dedication to community enrichment, sustainable practices, and  innovative flavor craftsmanship. Through her leadership, she has not only transformed the local culinary landscape but also championed the talents of local producers, artisans, and connoisseurs. 

Beyond the kitchen, Chef Jullenne is a dedicated athlete, ultramarathoner, and martial artist whose commitment to health and wellness deeply influences her culinary philosophy. She believes food should not only taste exquisite but also nourish the body and  support well-being. This personal discipline seamlessly transfers to her professional life, guiding the way she develops menus and approaches hospitality. 

She is extremely conscious of sourcing, using only the finest premium ingredients seasonal, responsibly grown, and thoughtfully selected to ensure every dish reflects integrity, balance, and excellence.
